Testa d'argilla is an "open work" that surrenders to the influence of time and nature. Created from unfired clay, the sculpture reflects human identity and its connection to the environment.

Sun, wind, and rain gradually erode the artwork – it becomes one with the earth again. This process raises questions about the permanence of monuments in public spaces and the transient nature of human existence.

During LanaLive, Italian artist Roberta Busato constructs the Testa d'argilla in the garden of the Lorenzerhof senior residence and then leaves it to its natural decay.
